Enjoy a sweet morning treat the cool way, new Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream from Blue Bell arrives in stores today

BRENHAM, Texas, January 23, 2025 – A new toaster pastry is popping into stores this week, and you can find it in the ice cream aisle—yes, the ice cream aisle! Blue Bell Ice Cream is introducing a flavor inspired by a favorite sweet morning treat, Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream. It will be available in the pint size at all locations where Blue Bell is sold beginning today.

Strawberry Toaster Pastry is a creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with strawberry pastry pieces, colorful confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing.

“Our new Strawberry Toaster Pasty will wake up your taste buds,” said Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell. “We have combined so many delicious flavors in a pint-sized carton. The smooth vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce complement the pastry pieces perfectly. The confetti pieces and icing swirl add a subtle sweetness to every bite.”

Strawberry Toaster Pastry is now available in the pint size, but only for a limited time.

The new flavor arrives in stores just in time for National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day on February 1. “Our Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream with a side of Java Jolt Ice Cream is the perfect combination to enjoy on National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day,” Robertson said.

Also, Tin Roof Ice Cream, a fan-favorite, is now available in the half gallon size. Tin Roof is a vanilla ice cream with a rich chocolate sundae sauce and roasted peanuts dipped in a dark chocolate flavored coating.
